Dunav 2007 has reinforced its roster with a familiar face. Reportedly they have agreed a deal with Todor Tenev (205-C-83) who has started the season with Beroe 2007. This will be the 2nd stint with the team for this experienced center, who has already played for the club from 2006 to 2008. Tenev is expected to bring toughness under the basket and to help with scoring and rebounding. So far, he was one of the best centres in the A division, averaging 21 points and 11 rebounds per contest. Both the team and the player are hoping that this is the right move for everyone involved.

Todor Tenev started his career with Arsenal Kazanlak in 2000. Following season he moved to Slavia Sophia with whom he played for next 3 seasons. During 2003-2004 season, Tenev averaged 12.3 points for Slavia. This has earned him the All-Bulgarian League Young Player of the Year award. In 2004, he made a move to CSKA Sofia where he helped the team win the National Cup in 2005. He has also played for the likes of Spartak Evronis, Dunav 2007 before signing with Sliven last season. There he appeared in 21 league games, posting averages of 14.1 points and 7.2 rebounds. This season, Tenev signed with Beroe 2007 to start the year.
