New American in Rilski Sportist
Angelo Caloiaro is the new player in Rilski Sportist. The Americah who has also Italian pаssport is in Samokov from a few days and is likely to make his debut for the team tonight against Cherno more Port Varna. The team is currently third in Bulgarian league with 10 wins and 4 defeats.
Caloiaro is 203 cm tall and has graduated from University of San Francisco in the last summer. He stayed there four years and in his last season had averages of 14.2 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists.
Currently Rilski Sportist has 2 wins and 3 losses in Top 6 of EUROHOLD Balkan League. Next game for the team in the competition is at home on February 12th against KK Kumanovo 2009.
