Dunav Econt ended with the selection for the upcoming season. The last addition in the club is Roksana Yordanova. She is coming from Ukraine where last he wear the jersey of Olimp NAEK.

23 years old Yordanova started her career in Levski Spartak. During the summer of 2005 she signed wqith Bnei Yehuda in Israel. She played there 10 games with average of 6.0 points per contest. After that she came back and played for Rilski Sportist in Samokov where she won the bronze medal in the championship of Bulgaria. She average impressive 16.5 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game with the team from Samokov.

Last summer she moved to Olimp NAEK in Ukraine. Yordanova was one of the best players for Ukrainian squad but they failed to reach latest stages of the championship there. She played in 37 games from local championship with average of 13.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists. In Baltic League she had average of 11.1 points and added 3.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 13 games.
Few days ago she arrived in Rouse and earler today signed one year contract with the club. “With Roksana we are finished with the selection of our team,” said the president of Dunav Econt Nikolay Padalski. “She is very good, team player, with good shooting abilities and perfect basketball skills. She is very positive and this is what type of player we needed for position “3”. Beside that she has international experience and will help in the games in FIBA Eurocup. The coach Stefanov was insisting to have her in the team. We made one good team. I though we ended very good job in the offseason, we made one team to give lot of joy to the fans in Rouse. I hope this team will make history in our basketball.”
