Chernomorets Burgas started in great way its participation in NBL after 100-77 win over Yambol. The new head coach of team - Decho Koeshinov, who until last season was assistant to his opponent today, Ivan Cholakov, started this championship with a big win against his coleague.

The beginning of the game was very even but with two minutes to go in the first quarter Chernomorets pulled away for good. The team increased the lead to 9 points at the end of it and continued to play good in the second quarter. The hosts took a double digit lead and even though Yambol cut it to 5, Chernomorets managed to pull away once again and was up by 12 at the break.

The game was decided in the third quarter. The hosts were playing very good in offense and that reflected on the score and the difference in their favour went up to 24 points after three quarters. So in the last one all that was left was for the final result to be decided. Decho Koeshinov had the chance to put all his players on the court including father and son - Mincho and Rostislav Aleksovi.

The American Bruce Brown had strong debut with 25 points and 13 rebounds. Martin Durchev came strong off the bench with 23 points while Dwyane Morton had double double - 13 points and 13 rebounds.

Michael Earl was the only one for the visitors who did good today - 25 points and 9 rebounds. Pavel Marinov had an average game with 7 points and 13 rebounds but all the others were way off their best in this game.
