Two new girls in Rilski Sportist

It became clear today that the Women's team of [b]Rilski Sportist Samokov[/b] has signed a contract with 2 Bulgarians - [b]Roksana Yordanova[/b] and [b]Velina Anguelova[/b]. After [b][i]Bulgarian Basketball Federation[/b][/i] took decision to divide Women First A-1 in two groups with 4 teams in each, [b]Rilski Sportist[/b] is looking for a chance for better results in the play-offs. They are put in the Second A-1 Group along with [b]Dunav, Maritsa Karshyaka and Slavia[/b]. [b]Roksana Yordanova[/b] is coming from Israel. She went to play for [b]Bnei Yehuda[/b] at the beginning of this season. The young Bulgarian started good and took part in 10 games for the Israeli club, averaging 6 points per game. A few days ago [b]Yordanova[/b] came back to Bulgaria due to medical problems and she decided not to return, but end the season, competing for [b]Rilski Sportist[/b]. [b]Velina Anguelova-Belberova[/b], the wife of [b]Leven Belberov[/b] is the other addition in the lines of Samokov. She hasn't been in any team this season. 2003/2004 she was a part of [b]Levski Spartak[/b]. [b]Velina[/b] spent a couple of years abroad as well. The forward played in the championships of Portugal and France. A curious fact is that her husband [b]Leven Belberov[/b] is also going to be in the same city, but wearing the shirt of the men's team. [b]Yordanova[/b] and [b]Anguelova[/b] will most probably make their debut at home in the first round of the second phase of the Domestic Championship on Sunday against the young opponents from [b]Slavia[/b].
