Tuesday, June 5th.
I have a feeling, that I've lost something...
The patience they say is very important thing. But then why it’s always missing? Or lasts too long. It would be great if it’s shown at the right moment. To wake up in the morning and know exactly what to do that day. If we could be in no hurry or not move too late. Well, yes - I know that some things are just a good wishes…
Frankly speaking, I had no patience the season to finish, not because of something else, but for the next to start. And because of the Euro qualifications in the summer. And – yes, because of the championship in Spain itself. What happens when a man has no patience for a change?
Hmm, he/she starts to count the days. So – 25 days before the camp of the national team on July 1st, 63 days before the 1st qualification game on August 8th and 89 days before the start of the Eurobasket 2007 on September 3rd in Bulgaria is… little strange, right?  Well, not in the meaning of unusual. Quite the contrary! Just there’s a thrill. Suspense and …questions. Which of the players will change his team? Which of the teams will get good additions during the offseason? Who’ll be the newest coach? Are they going to be better? Things like that. Who, where and how? That’s the way it is to us, and it’s the same on the other side. Players will decide where is the best place for them, while the clubs will try to make the right choice in selections.
Well, we’re back to the patience again. And the skill to make the right decision on time…because there’s no way back. Or at least not 100%. For the players, for the coaches and for the teams.
