The team of Rilski Sportist finally managed to bring some joy to its fans with good play and good win as well. In the hall in Samokov the hosts defeated Cherno More Eurohold 99-77.

The home side started very strong the game and that quickly was shown on the scoreboard. Rilski Sportist managed to build a good lead and won the first quarter 26-9. So from now on all they had to do was to keep their advantage. In the second quarter there were a lot of baskets from both teams . They scored a total of 53 points, the visitors won it 25-28 but still were way down on the home side at the half, 51-37.

After the break the things remained under the control of Rilski Sportist's players. They even managed to increase their lead that went up to 23 before the last 10 minutes. In the last quarter when the game was decided the coaches let the young players in the game and every single player from Rilski Sportist managed to score a basket.

Branko Mirkovic had very good game as he finished with 32 points, 3 assists and 4 steals. Miko Golubovic added 17 points and 8 boards while the captain Aleksander Gruev ended up with 10 points, 8 assists and 6 steals.

For the visitors from Varna on good level was only Vladimir Marinov with 21 points as Bogdan Boev added 13.
