Euroins Cherno More power forward Michael Earl is set for a return in the line-up tomorrow in the Bulgarian National Basketball League (NBL) game versus Sliven. That also makes him a likely starter for the Varna team when they host CSU Cuadripol Brasov in a group B fixture in the Eurohold Balkan League next wednesday. 24 hour before the game with Sliven, spirits in the team are high because of the two recent back-to-back victories in the domestic league (against fellow BIBL participants Levski and Rilski Sportist).

"Earl will play in tomorrow's game. He hass been very good in practice this week and I'm happy with the diligence he is showing right now. He is startimg to get into shape, which I am glad to see, and we couldn't ahve kept him out of action for much longer anyway. He should now get into match playing rhythm as soon as possible, cause we have some tough games ahead of us next week", said Euroins Cherno More coach Daniel Dimitrov. "Everyone else has been healthy and preparing to play Sliven."

It was for health reason why Michael Earl has been out of game action for some time now, after he was involved in an alleged night club brawl last month. In fact, it is now exactly one month since that incident, but the American is now finally ready to play again. Euroins Cherno More is in joint second place in NBL right now, along with Levski and Spartak Pleven - all three team with a 3-2 record. Earl only played in one of those five games for the Varna team - the 83-72 victory versus CSKA in the very first round.
