Even this season is not over yet, men’s CSKA made the first big transfer for the next season. According to newspaper “Tema Sport” Simeon Naydenov signed contract with CSKA.
26 years old Naydenov spent last year in Sweden playing for Solna Vikings as he helped his team to reach playoffs in the league. His team was eliminated in Semifinals of Swedish playoffs. Before that he was part of Lukoil Academic, winner of the Cup and championship of Bulgaria for 2006.

Simeon Naydenov is the first name, signed with CSKA but the management of the club from now will get more active on the market. Naydenov is playing at the small forward position where the team of Vlado Djurovic have Hristo Nikolov and Dimitar Anguelov.

The rumours flying in the air are that Simeon Naydenov is tied up with volleyball player from Women's team of CSKA and she had a big influence on his decision to play for CSKA next year.

CSKA will start the Finals of Men Playoffs 2007 tomorrow afternoon in Pravets versus defending champions Lukoil Academic.
