Ivica Vukotic is the new player of Dunav 2007

Ivica Vukotic signed one year contract with Dunav 2007 and will be the first choice at the point guard position in the team.

30 years old point guard came to Rouse a week ago and the management of the club is very satisfied with the way he is playing.

He played before in Germany, Macedonia, Montenegro and Romania. Vukotic is coming to Rouse thanks to the recommendation of Ninoslav Tmusic who joined the team earlier in the summer.

“He has very good experience and our team will have a different look with him,” said the new head coach of Dunav 2007 Rumen Shopov. “I think he will be very useful as he is adjusting very quickly to the new atmosphere in our team. He played before with Tmusic in one team and they know each other very well.”

With the new addition most likely the roster of Dunav 2007 is completed. They will play in qualifications for A-1 in the beginning of October. On the question what are the chances of Dunav 2007 to get among the best teams in the league, Shopov said:
“Our chances are big, with his acquisition our team looks much better and I believe we will qualify”
