Montepaschi's McIntyre out for three weeks

Point guard Terrell McIntyre of Montepaschi Siena underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left ankle and will be sidelined for three weeks, the club announced Saturday. The procedure was performed on Friday by Professor Raul Zini at the Villa Maria Cecilia clinic in the town of Cotignola, Italy. McIntyre recorded 16 points and 6 assists in his team's road win at Thursday as it clinched a spot in the Final Four next month in Madrid. He should recover from the procedure in time and be ready to lead the squad at his first and the team's third Final Four of the decade.
