Spartak Pleven expecting high budget for next year, looking for foreign players
The team of Spartak Pleven will almost certainly have a bigger budget at disposal for the next season and is preparing stronger team for the championship.
“I still can’t say it a 100 %, but the things are near to the final phase. We’re working on the selection. We’re looking also for foreign players. We want to sign players at every position. We’re talking to a lot of players and managers” made his first comments the head coach of the team Darin Velikov. The training sessions of Spartak Pleven will continue until the end of the month.Marian Kostadinov and Ivan Kotsev are ending their careers. The first is already caching young players in the local sports school while Kotsev is stopping due to the numerous injuries.“I doubt that the American Ed McCants will stay with us. The future of Ilia Stankov is not still clear. His contract is expiring but we haven’t talked concretely. Anyway I think he will stay in the club” said also Velikov and as regarding the national team player Hrisimir Dimitrov, he is the face of Spartak Pleven and will stay in the team as long as he wants.
