Vera Perostiyska signed with the champion of Slovak Republic
Vera Perostiyska signed contract with Slovak champion K Cero Kosice.
“I’m very happy. I will play in Slovakia for the first time and hopefully that will help of my career”, said Perostiyska.
Born in 1982, Vera had several offers from different clubs in Europe but preffer K Cero because they will play in European tournaments.
196 cm tall Perostiyska played last few seasons in Turkish championship. After she left Florida International University, Vera moved to Ceyhan Beledyiespor. Then she played four years for Ari Koleji. They reached quarterfinals of Turkish playoffs but were eliminated from Fenerbahce 0-3. She average 10.5 points, 6.1 rebounds and 21.1 assists per game. Last year Perostiyska was part of the Women National team under coach Petko Marinov.
