The chief of CSKA's fan club Dimitar Anguelov is the person who convinced Vasil Ivanov - Luciano, to help the basketball teams. CSKA fans are those that initially asked the ex minister to save the team. Then Rosen Barchovski talked to Luciano and he agreed to do what he can.
"I'll help with my own finances and with the help of my friends because the basketball team of CSKA did tremendous things for Bulgarian sport during the past year. We are good friends with Rosen Barchovski's father from years." said Vasil Ivanov - Luciano. "I have no intention to get in the executive board, Dimitar Anguelov and his people broke my phone to help the team. There is not going to be only one sponsor but a lot of people will help. The budget depends from Rosen Barchovski so the team to be well secured"
