Ilian Evtimov on tryouts in Deutsche Bank Skyliners

Bulgarian forward Ilian Evtimov, who played for Virtus Bologna last season is on tryouts in Deutsche Bank Skyliners. 201-cm tall Evtimov, who is also known as Shoush will stay with the German team until September 12th, and if the coaching staff likes his performance, he'll sign a contract.
The former leaderf of NC State Wolfpack played 25 minutes in the Skyliners' 94:54 victory against Kaiserslautern. He scored 15 points, hitting 3 times from beyond the arc, and also added 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals.
After the game he said:
"I'm pleased with my performance today, the important thing is that we played like a team and there is chemistry between all the players on the court. I'd be happy to be part of this team."
