James White signed in Fenerbahce
Fenerbahce Ulker has lengthened its roster by signing forward James White to make his debut in Europe.
White (201, 25) played six games last season with the NBA champion San Antonio Spurs, averaging 8.3 points and 3.3 rebounds over 22.8 minutes per game. Having played previously at Cincinnati University until spring of 2006, White has since belonged to three NBA teams - Portland, Indiana and San Antonio - but spent most of last in the National Basketball Development League (NBDL).
His appearance with San Antonio came shortly before the playoffs, but he was not retained as the team proceeded to win the title.
