[b]Donta Smith[/b] is the Slam Dunk Contest champion beating [b]Zhivko Stoyanov[/b] in the final. In the first round [b]Zhivko Stoyanov, Ludmil Hadjisotirov, Ed McCants, Donta Smith, Rob Preston[/b] and [b]Trevor Harvey[/b] had to make 3 dunks each to determine two players for the final round. Those players were [b]Stoyanov[/b] and [b]Smith[/b]. First to dunk was 20-year old [b]Stoyanov[/b]. He jumped over his [b]Lukoil Academic[/b] teammate [b]Asen Velikov[/b] to get perfect score of 40. His second dunk though was not so impressive. The the highflying [b]Donta Smith[/b] stepped up to show he can jump more. First he flew over 1.96 cm tall [b]Bojidar Avramov[/b]. His second dunk was repeat of one of [b]Vince Carter's[/b] highlight performances during NBA Slam Dunk Contest back in 2000. [b]Smith[/b] dunked putting his arm in the basket and making the people go crazy. He received perfect score of 40 for both dunks and deserved to be crowned Slam Dunk Champion of HDI All Star Game 2007.
