If Georgi Bojkov was the only factor for the new selection of CSKA, that would be already done. The coach has not only marked players, but knows which one will suit the team best. His desire is to see with the red jersey for the new season Anastasia Kostaki. The 172-cm tall greek guard knows Bojkov from his time in Greece sometime ago. Besides that, they have also met as opponents when he was coaching Slavia and the NT.
"She's a leader, she can lead the rest. A big character. There isn't a single thing she could not do, especially playing one on one" said the specialist, who won a treble with CSKA this season - Bulgarian League, Bulgarian Cup and Adriatic League.
In Europe Kostaki last played for Samara and Dynamo, and overseas she plays for the Houston Comets. She also played in Italy and France. The ambitions of CSKA's management are Brankica Hadzovic to become a substitute for Kostaki, as she will be the first choice for the point guard spot.
