Carlos Cherry will play for CB Granada

The CB Granada has reached an agreement with Carlos Cherry for the next season. 27 year old Cherry had a offer from Zaragoza as well but he agreed with CB Granada.
184 cm guard spent last half of the season in CSKA Sofia. He played 20 games for CSKA and started in 6 of them. He averaged 12.6 points and 2.65 assists per game. After the team fired coach Kresimir Basic and hired Vladimir Djurovic he was given chance to play extra minutes on the court. He capitalized on that and was one of the best players in CSKA in postseason. However his team couldn’t do more than second place behind the big favorite Lukoil Academic.
Before to start with CSKA he was part of his birth town team - Caja San Fernando where he spent the last 4 years. Cherry has played also two seasons for Ourense.
