Lukoil Academic’s head coach Zeljko Lukajic: "Nobody can never be sure in his team winning in our days. In European basketball especially things are very even. We work hard and look game for game. I don’t want to think about the final ranking in the group. We are now thinking for our next game againsg Pau Orthez.Chavdar Kostov worked very hard at practice, and he deserved his spot in the starting five. Mitko Filipov was going to play in this game, even in the end. We were without a typical playmaker after Willie Deane fould out. The young players must get a chance in these games in Europe, so they can get experience and get better. The club politics is to give way to the young talents. And every team must have a long bench in order to succeed in Europe.The problem here is that you don’t have good halls and facilities.I am happy with Willie Deane’s game, he worked hard in defense. We played good as a team, and as individuals.We hope that we can continue in the tournament, but as I said we’re thinking only about Pau Orthez."
