Since CS Gaz Metan Medias disregarded once again the Official Regulations of the EUROHOLD Balkan League, as well as the League`s decision from 17.12.2009, regarding the team playing with 4 (four) American players on the roster on 15.12.2009 against Rilski Sportist, and repeating the action in the last round of the BIBL - on 13.01.2010 against Lovcen Cetinje, as the official score-sheet, the official statistics-sheet and the commissioner`s official game report will show and prove that, there is the decision and statement of the League:
Following the Official Regulations of the EUROHOLD BIBL and the Decision from 17.12.2009, BC "Gaz Metan" shall be disqualified for the remainder of the competition with a fine of EURO 7,000 (seven thousand euro);
At the Board Meeting on the 27th of January the Board will confirm the Decision-Statement of the BIBL;
Gaz Metan`s next game on 27.01.2010 won`t be played.
