Levski managed to break the series of 4 straight losses against Cherno more (three in the playoffs last season and one at "Petar Maystorov" tournament) and recorded first win in the new season in the National league. "The Blues" outplayed categorically the hosts from Varna and the result at the end 95-84 is the lowest difference by which they could have won this game.

Levski started better the game and took a 11-3 and 15-5 lead before closing out the first quarter 29-18 in front. In the second the hosts managed to take the lead but still the visitors came back and took a 53-48 lead after the first half.

The game was decided in the third quarter when "The Blues" were increasing little by little their advantage as it went up to 19 points. Then in the last quarter Levski went up by 22 points and that put an end to all the hopes of the hosts who until the end of the game managed to cut their deficit to 11.

Very good game for Levski had Aaron Harper and Donald Cole. The first one finished with 29 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals while Cole added 22 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists.

For Cherno more three of the young players played best for the team. Vasil Kyosev was the top scorer for the team with 18 points, including four three-pointers, Aleksandar Yanev finished with 16 points and 4 rebounds while Nikolay Kolev added 10 points and 9 rebounds.
