Two games Lukoil Academic - Aris

The champion and Cup holder Lukoil Academic will play two friendly games against Euroleague participant Aris TT Bank on 28th and 29th of September. The first game will be played in Pravets at 18.00 while the second in Sofia at Universiada Hall. There will be a free entrance for both games.
Aris players will arrive in Sofia on 27th of September. The team will have one practice session the morning before the first game and will leave Bulgaria right after the second.
Bulgarian champion and the greek team have a big history playing together. They met in FIBA in 2003 and in ULEB Cup as well. Last meeting of the team was in 2005-2006 season in ULEB Cup when Lukoil won 66-65 in Sofia and then Aris 97-91 in Thesaloniki. The most famous game between the two teams was in FIBA South Conference Final Four in Sofia where they met in the final and Lukoil Academic won by a single point - 81-80.
