Julian Aladjov was selected from the management of Levski as the new head coach of the team. His assistant will be the athletic coach Georgi Draganov.
 

Aladjov finished his career as a player in Slavia back in 1990 and started as coach in junior formations of the team. He worked in Slavia until 2006 when he moved to Levski. Aladjov is two time champion with Slavia for juniors (14) and juniors (16).
 

Aladjov has worked in the national youth formations of Bulgaria. Back in 1998 he is assistant of Petko Delev when national juniors team (18) finished eight in Eurobasket in Varna. He was national team coach of juniors (16) from 2001 to 2003 and juniors (18) from 2004 to 2007. During that time he has one 8th place, two times 12th place and once 14th in Division A of Eurobasket.
 

Until now Aladjov worked as head coach of men team only once, back in 1998/99 when he was ahead of Slavia Sofia.
