Borukov called 15 players for women's additional qualifications

Women’s National team coach Nikolay Borukov called 15 players for the additional qualifications for Eurobasket 2009 in Latvia this coming January. The team will get together on December 26 in Rouse where they willstart preparations for the games right after New Year’s Eve. On January 4th Bulgaria will face Ukraine at home, then will travel to Germany on January 10th and Ukraine on January 13th while the last game will be at home versus Germany on January 19th. From team that played in the original qualifications Borukov dropped five players – Diana Naydenova, Tanja Cirov, Roksana Yordanova, Teodora Petrova and Radostina Slavova. Here is the list of 15 players that received invitations for the additional qualifications:

Ivelina Vrancheva, Zornitsa Kostova, Silvia Peeva, Aneta Miteva
Forwards:
Gergana Slavcheva, Evelina Guneva, Ekaterina Dimitrova, Noelle Quinn, Jaklin Zlatanova, Daniela Peteva
